Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

 

Return Authorization: To start a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our customer support team at [support@yourcompany.com] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you an RMA number within 2-3 business days.

 

Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Books and collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Santa Monica, Los Angeles office. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Instructions: Write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Make sure to ship your return within 5 days of receiving the RMA number.

 

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected (a process that typically takes 7-14 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If your original payment method is unavailable, we will provide an electronic gift card. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Belts

  • Hats

  • Hair accessories

  • Backpacks

  • Eyewear

  • Scarves

  • Handbags

  • Keychains

  • Discounted items

 

Return Processing Time: After we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.

 

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you via email, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery. You have the option to return your items for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Items must be in their original condition and are subject to denial if they do not meet our standards*. Original shipping cost is not subject to refunds. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. If we cannot accommodate your exchange request due to depleted inventory, you will automatically be refunded as we cannot send the original item back to you. If a purchase was made with part gift card, part credit card, the refund will automatically go to the gift card first. When it comes to refunds, they are typically instantaneous but, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 10 business days to fully process.

Note, all final sale items are ineligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange, store credit), this includes sale items and accessories.

For domestic customers: if you are opting for a refund, you will be subject to a $14.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived if "exchange" or "store credit" is chosen. 

Meta orders are subject to their respective policies. 

Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 20% or greater are final sale.

For international customers: we can only offer returns for a refund at this time (no exchanges). Return shipping costs for international orders are not covered by Yellow the Label. Please contact us at contact@yllwthelabel.com to begin an international return.



*ITEMS CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

  • Washed and/or worn

  • Deodorant marks

  • Makeup or self tanner

  • Stains of any kind

  • Detached tags of any kind: size or wash tags, neck tags, or hang tags

  • Animal/human hair

  • Lingering odor (i.e. smoke, cologne/perfume, body odor, or detergent)

  • Any visible wear or damage

  • Hygienic swimwear liner removed

  • If any pieces are missing (i.e. padding, tops or bottoms if a set)

  • Damage from external forces

If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please submit a comment (when prompted) in your return request via the portal link below, or contact our customer service team at contact@yllwthelabel.com. While we stand behind our quality promise, YLLW is not responsible for issues due to external forces. 

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.

*If you've made a purchase from November 10th to December 1st, our standard return policy of 30 days still applies. Orders placed during this period are eligible for an extended exchange period of 60 days, applicable for exchanges only.*
